Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate 5-a-side handles information when people use the website, play game modes, submit leaderboard scores, use online rooms or send contact messages.
Last updated: 17 August 20261. Who operates this site
Ultimate 5-a-side is an independent fan-made football draft game created for entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or otherwise associated with any football club, league, competition, governing body, player association, game publisher, ratings provider or data provider.
2. Information you provide
The site does not require a user account. Information may be provided voluntarily when a player submits a leaderboard name, creates or joins an online room, enters a room display name, or sends a contact message. Players should avoid entering sensitive personal information in usernames, room names, contact messages or leaderboard submissions.
3. Leaderboards and gameplay data
When a score is submitted, the site may store the display name, score, game mode, selected year range, league selection, player/team summary, career simulation summary and submission time. This is used to show public leaderboards and compare results across game modes.
4. Online rooms
Online game modes use room codes and display names so people can play together. Room data may include joined player names, game state, bids, team selections, scores and timestamps. Online room information is used to run the live game experience and is not intended to create long-term user profiles.
5. Analytics and site statistics
The site may record basic usage events such as homepage visits, game starts, completed games and selected game modes. These statistics help understand which features are used and whether the game is working correctly.
6. Cookies, advertising and consent
If advertising is enabled, third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and comply with advertising rules. Visitors in regions requiring consent may be asked to make a privacy or advertising choice before certain advertising features are used.
7. Contact form messages
If the contact page is used, the submitted name, email address, subject and message may be used to respond to the enquiry. Contact messages should be limited to feedback, support, bug reports, suggestions or general questions about the game.
8. Data storage and third-party services
The site may use third-party hosting, analytics, advertising and database services. For example, leaderboard, room and gameplay statistics may be stored using Firebase Realtime Database. Each third-party service may process limited technical information required to provide its service.
9. Children and personal information
The site is a general football draft game and does not intentionally request sensitive personal information. Users should not submit real names, addresses, phone numbers, school information or other private details through leaderboard names, online rooms or the contact form.
10. User choices
Visitors can choose not to submit leaderboard scores, not to use online rooms, not to send contact messages and to manage cookies through browser settings or any displayed consent options. Some game features may still work without optional submissions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as features, analytics, advertising or database usage changes. The updated date above will be changed when meaningful updates are made.
